Характеристика психологічного дослідження установки особистості студента-юриста під час розв'язання ситуаційних професійних задач (аналіз пілотажного дослідження)

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз експериментального (пробного дослідження) вивчення особливостей психологічного впливу установок особистості студента-юриста на розв’язання ситуаційних професійних задач за допомогою комплексу методів дослідження. Проаналізовано показники факторів експериментальних методик за гендерною ознакою та описано найбільш значущі їхнi зв’язки. Узагальнено результати досліджень, які дають змогу вказати на те, що готовність до юридичної діяльності необхідно розглядати як цілісний вияв активності особистості у подоланні внутрішніх суперечностей на шляху до творчої реалізації планів і програм діяльності. The article analyzes the experimental (test research) study of the peculiarities of psychological influence of attitudes of a law student in solving situational professional tasks using complex of research methods, which can be considered as the base for the organization of research of this phenomenon study. The indicators of factors of experimental methodologies on gender characteristics are analyzed and their most important relationships are described. The results of research allow to indicate that the readiness for legal activity should be considered as an integral expression of the individual’s activity in overcoming the internal contradictions in the way to the creative implementation of plans and programs of activity. The perspective way of development of creativity of a lawyer in subsequent psychological studies is offered. The results of the study show that if the attitude is fixed, but begins to fade quickly, the number of creatively solved legal tasks increases, the creative potential during their solution growths, the personality shows flexibility in finding new innovative solutions. In other words, the personality of a law student with such display of features of his dynamic characteristics shows lability, that leads to the tendency of increasing the expression of the level of creativity in his professional activity. In terms of differential approach, it is important to consider that patients with signs of right hemisphere dominance of the brain have fixed attitude which is characterized by high excitability, static and irradiation. Left-handed people are characterized by steady originality of dynamic characteristics of mental activity, which lies in the rate of fixing and extended existence of abilities, skills, habits and personal traits.The author concludes that the process of attitude fixing is provided with the overwhelming participation of the right hemisphere of the brain in the left hemisphere sanctioning role.
