До питання оцінки психічного здоров'я при психотравмах (діагностичні критерії)

Abstract

Узагальнено основні діагностичні критерії оцінки психічного здоров’я в умовах проведення психометричного аналізу наслідків військової психотравми, спрямованого на дослідження теоретичних і практичних аспектів адаптації та реабілітації військовослужбовців до умов життя. Доведено, що наслідки психотравми проявляються як континуум, що складається з різних видів психічної дезадаптації, одним із яких є посттравматичний стрес, симптомокомплекс, сукупність взаємопов’язаних психологічних характеристик: тривожності, емоційної нестабільності, депресивності, базисних переконань і психопатологічних параметрів. The article summarizes the main diagnostic criteria for assessing the mental health conditions of the psychometric analysis of the consequences of military psychotrauma aimed at the study of theoretical and practical aspects of adaptation and rehabilitation of servicemen to life. Studies have shown that the effects psychotrauma manifested as a continuum consisting of different types of mental maladjustment, one of which is post-traumatic stress syndrome, a set of interrelate psychological characteristics, anxiety, emotional instability, depression, basic beliefs and psychopathological parameters. To assess the mental condition in stress disorders using diagnostic criteria based on symptoms that can be observed in patients. PTSD is characterized by constant experience symptoms that include (1) intrusive recollections of the event, repeated; (2) dreams of recurring event; (3) following corresponding situation if the event is repeated; (4) intense painful experiences that were caused by external or internal situation, reminiscent of the traumatic event or represents it; (5) physiological reactivity to stimuli or situations that remind event. The disorder also involves symptoms of avoidance and emotional stupor. These may include (1) efforts to avoid thoughts, feelings or conversations about the event; (2) efforts to avoid activities, places and people associated with the event; (3) inability to recall the essential aspects of the event; (4) a marked decrease in interest to that previously brought pleasure; (6) limit range of emotional experiences; (7) reduced sense of life perspective, accompanied by a significant lack of planning for the future. Rounding out the picture of excitation symptoms that do not occur to the traumatic event. This may be the following symptoms: (1) difficulties with sleep and poor sleep; (2) irritability and outbursts of anger; (3) difficulty concentrating; (4) increased level of suspicion, constant expectation of danger; (5) hypertrophied reaction to fear.
