Особливості соціально-психологічної адаптації

Abstract

Зауважимо, що адаптація звільненого правопорушника – це нове пристосування особистості до соціального середовища, прийняття норм, законів, традицій, звичаїв, що були втрачені або зазнали значної деформації за умов її перебування у місцях позбавлення волі. Відтак від цього етапу залежатиме подальша правомірна чи, навпаки, кримінальна життєдіяльність особи. Adaptation of discharged prisoner is a new adaptation of the personality to the social midst, adaptation of norms, laws, traditions, customs which were lost earlier or undergone considerable distortion on condition that one was imprisoned. Thus from this stage it will be depended the further lawful and vice versa criminal vital activity of the person. Indeed, social and psychological adaptationis considered successful if the person whoresigned fromprison, establishing close social relations hips (family, successinthe labor force, relationships with friends), severedties and eradicate negative delinquentbehavior. The successfulsocial adaptation en sures the effective nessof social rehabilitation of former prisoners. Psychosocial adaptation is releasedin three stages: adaptivestage, the stage of mastering complex positive lyuse ful social rolesand legal stage adaptation. Disruption of adaptation of former prisonersleads tocrime, which actuallyis a testament tothe failedre-socialization-internalization and lack of effectiveness of the proposed government andnon-government organizationsre adaptive programs. The refore, creating arehabilitation program for this population, it should be noted that its successwill dependon changes in psychological and social orientation of the offender and the measuredlevel of recurrence after their passage, so that a person whohas been convicted, has adopted a negativenorms, customs and traditions of conductin prison. Of course, the level of success ofre-socializationwill depend not only on rehabilitation programs, but also on individual psychological characteristics of the prisoner.
