Правові аспекти приватизації житлової площі у гуртожитках

Abstract

Акцентовано на особливостях правового статусу гуртожитків, житлових кімнат у гуртожитках. Порушено проблемні питання щодо правового регулювання приватизації житлових кімнат у гуртожитках. Проаналізовано чинні нормативно-правові акти, які регулюють правовий статус гуртожитка, а також регламентують порядок приватизації кімнат у гуртожитках та судову практику розгляду справ щодо приватизації житлової площі у гуртожитках. For today in Ukraine the problem of housing of Ukrainian citizens is urgent. Many of them have been living in a hostel for a long time and cannot improve their living conditions, since the hostel is a specially constructed or refurbished house (part of it) specially designed for this purpose, which is registered as a hostel in the executive body of the relevant council or state administration and is intended for temporary use of citizens during their work (service) or training. One of the ways to solve this problem is to privatize the housing available in the hostel. It should also be noted that despite the fact that in recent years amendments to the current legislation have been introduced that have simplified the procedure and accelerated the realization of citizens' rights to housing, the housing problem has not yet been fully resolved and requires a series of questions to answer. The article focuses on the peculiarities of the legal status of hostels, living rooms in hostels. The problematic issues concerning the legal regulation of privatization of living rooms in hostels have been raised. The current legal acts regulating the legal status of hostels are analyzed, as well as the procedure for privatization of rooms in hostels and the judicial practice dealing with privatization of living space in a hostel
