Протидія корупційним деліктам в органах внутрішніх справ України як субструктурний елемент системи державної безпеки

Abstract

Аналізуються причини корупційних діянь серед працівників ОВС, їх вплив на розвиток суспільних відносин, забезпечення прав і свобод громадян, а також наслідки поширення цього явища, пропонується вжиття заходів, які сприятимуть мінімізації корупційних проявів серед співробітників цих органів. In this chapter the reasons of the corruption among the officers of organs of internal affairs, as well as their affect on the development of social relations, ensuring the human rights and freedoms, and of course the consequences of extension of this phenomenon are analyzed. Some measures to minimize the process of corruption among the officers of organs of internal affairs are proposed.
