Соціально-правові концепції в теоретичній і практичній діяльності Г.В. Лейбніца (до 300-річчя від дня смерті)

Abstract

Проаналізовано деякі питання багатоаспектної теоретичної та практичної діяльності в соціально-правовій сфері німецького мислителя Г. В. Лейбніца. Зазначено, що серед видатних особистостей західно-європейської науки і культури важливе місце належить геніальному німецькому вченому, енциклопедисту, філософу, логіку, математику, історику й дипломату Г. В. Лейбніцу. Вказано, що мислитель був не тільки видатним ученим і просвітителем, а й талановитим організатором наукової діяльності, яка насамперед була спрямована на створення наукових установ у Англії, Німеччині, Франції, Італії, Росії. Зауважено, що Г. В. Лейбніц брав активну участь у громадському та політичному житті, творчо і напружено працював, зокрема й у галузі юриспруденції Німеччини. The place of honor belongs to German thinker Whilhelm Gothru, one of the outstanding thinkers of the West European science and culture. Leibniz went down in history as a brilliant scientist, encyclopedist, philosopher, logic, lawyer, historian and diplomat. The German philosopher was not only a great promoter of their research and theoretical ideas, but also actively implement them in practice. Leibniz by his work was ahead of its time in several centuries, especially in mathematics and other Sciences. Socio-legal problems the solution of which Leibniz worked all his life take an important place in scientific and practical activities. Leibniz as a philosopher deeply studies and analyzes the nature and development of society, state and law. He reveals of close relationship between them, focusing on the role of the state and the rulers (government) to resolve existing socio-economic and legal problems. The philosopher, as a humanist was an active fighter for the rights and freedoms of a person, appeal the monarchs of Europe to do everything possible to avoid interstate conflict and war. Leibniz an active promoter of science and the researches made a huge contribution to create scientific institutions in England, Germany, France, Italy and Russia. Leibniz is considered to be an outstanding predecessor of German Classical philosophy, his ideas served to be a reference point in its further development. The thinker worked in the field of jurisprudence fruitfully and cretively. As a lawyer he made a significant contribution to the studying, analysis and systematization of normative-legal base existed in Germany. Scientifictheoretical and public work of the German philosopher in our time has not lost its relevance and social value. Appreciating the role of science Leibniz saw that because of development of the forces of science destruction are improved, forces of the war which can become uncontrollable, lead to tragic consequences. This idea of the scientist is extremely relevant in our time. Leibniz is a thinker-humanist, who all his life devoted to serving science and progress. The glorious name of the philosopher is forever entered in history of world science and culture.
