Історичні аспекти виникнення проблеми домашнього насильства

Abstract

Проаналізовано нормативні документи різних епох і держав, унаслідок чого встановлено, що проблема домашнього насильства існувала завжди, незалежно від еволюційного ступеня суспільства в той чи інший час. Констатовано, що історичні витоки сімейного насилля походять з давніх часів і обумовлені особливостями традицій, національних цінностей, культури та релігії різних країн. Цей різновид насильства являє собою складне й історично стійке явище, яке торкається приватних осіб, суспільства та держави загалом. In the past decades, the gender balance, and combating sex discrimination has gained wide popularity throughout the developed world, because it reflects the level of development of society to some extent, which has reached one or other of the state. The main objective of the implementation of gender policy is always associated with the strengthening of the family as a primary component and unit of society, as only the equal rights and equal protection of each family member will contribute to the development of society in general and to create favorable conditions for the reproduction of generations, focused on the progressive achievements of civilization. The article analyzes normative documents of different eras and nations, therefore it is established that the problem of domestic violence has always existed, regardless of the degree of evolutionary society at one time or another. It was noted that the historical origins of family violence occurring since ancient times due to the peculiarities of traditions, national values, culture and religion of different countries. This type of violence is a complex and historically stable phenomenon that affects individuals, society and the state as a whole. The analysis of normative sources in different epochs and states clearly demonstrates that family violence due to the peculiarities of traditions, national values, religion and culture of different countries. In Ukraine and in foreign countries the state or authorized the use of violence in the family or other spheres of human activity, or simply did not oppose the customs and traditions established in this field. Studies indicate that in societies where there is gender parity in relations, especially in a family environment, virtually there is no such thing as gender-based violence. Unfortunately, today in most countries of the world have not achieved real equality in all spheres of social life, which indicates the seriousness of the problem of gender-based violence.
