Щодо причин виникнення та поширення тероризму

Abstract

Зауважено, що тероризм – складне, небезпечне та складнопрогнозоване явище сучасності, що набуло глобальних масштабів. Досліджено основні суб’єктивні та об’єктивні причини виникнення та поширення тероризму, а також реальні і потенційні чинники, що можуть сприяти поширенню тероризму в Україні. Акцентовано на особливостях деструктивної правосвідомості терористів, що своїми діями руйнівно впливають на суспільну й індивідуальну правосвідомість. Зазначено шляхи мінімізації ризику проявів тероризму у нашій державі. Terrorism – is a constant companion of mankind, that belongs to the most dangerous and unpredictable phenomena of our time, receiving more and more various forms and rampant. This article investigates the main subjective and objective reasons for the emergence and spread of terrorism, as well as actual and potential factors that may contribute to the spread of terrorism in Ukraine. The terrorist acts bring a massive amount of casualties, causing severe psychological pressure to most people, entail hostility between nations, provoking war, mistrust and hatred between social and ethnic groups. Political, religious, ethnic and criminal groups commit almost daily acts of terrorism or crimes of a terrorist nature. Ensuring national security is one of the main objectives of the government. Therefore, finding the causes and spread of terrorism, the state determines for itself the field of prevention and fight against this all-dangerous phenomenon that creates a direct threat to national security and established order. Current geopolitical dynamics that somehow produces the conditions for the emergence of terrorism and its escalation is largely determined by socio-economic and psychological reasons. We pay attention to the destructive features of justice terrorists whose actions cause devastating impact on the social and individual justice. Legal awareness is focused not on suicide legal but destructive methods to solve existing conflicts, it involves recognizing only their own rights and disregard for the rights of others. To thoroughly analyze the nature and essence of destructive justice, in our opinion, should refer to the causes of terrorism. With all the conventions of any classification of its kind, researchers distinguish objective and subjective reasons, which is a socio-political phenomenon that reveals more possibilities for the analysis of terrorism and finding ways to deal with it.
