Окремі аспекти діяльності громадських формувань як суб’єктів протидії правопорушенням на залізничному транспорті

Abstract

Проаналізовано діяльність громадських формувань на залізничному транспорті. Досліджено мету, завдання, функції, компетенцію, а також порядок створення громадських формувань. Окреслено окремі аспекти співпраці органів внутрішніх справ із громадськими формуваннями та органами залізничного транспорту. Особливу увагу приділено адміністративно-правовому статусу громадського формування, питанням, пов’язаним із підвідомчістю громадських формувань і застосуванням методів впливу. The article is devoted to the activities of civil society groups in the railsector.
