Abstract

Аналізується стан наукового дослідження системи ознак, що кваліфікують злочин, розглядається історичний розвиток теорії системи ознак, що кваліфікують злочин, з’ясовуються та порівнюються позиції різних учених на різних етапах розвитку теорії стосовно правової природи таких ознак, їх втілення в законі, а також їх погляди на подальший розвиток системи. The state of the scientific research of the system of features qualifying the crime is analyzed. The historical development of the features system theory qualifying the crime is considered. The positions of various scientists on different stages of the theory development, the legal nature of the features qualifying the crime, and their realization in law, and also the views of scientists on the future development of the system are learned and compared.
