Гендерні особливості метаантропологічної проекції сучасності

Abstract

Висвітлюються питання особливостей конституційно-правового розвитку сучасної держави, ролі та місця в цьому процесі інституту прав людини, значення гендерної рівності та основних шляхів її забезпечення. Аналізується зміст конституційно-правових положень, які визначають засади гендерної рівності в Україні. The matters of particularities of constitutional and legal development of contemporary state, the role and place of a Human Rights Institution in this process, the importance of gender equality and the main ways to ensure it are covered. The content of the constitutional and legal provisions determining the gender equality principles in Ukraine is analysed.
