Кримінально-правова охорона особи та власності в Україні: навчальний посібник

Abstract

Навчальний посібник підготовлено для працівників слідчих підрозділів Національної поліції України. У ньому на основі чинного Кримінального кодексу України і сучасних наукових позицій подано кримінально-правову характеристику злочинів проти особи (проти життя та здоровʼя особи; проти волі, честі та гідності особи; статевої свободи та статевої недоторканості особи) та власності. Для здобувачів вищої освіти юридичних факультетів закладів вищої освіти України та науково-педагогічних працівників. The textbook is prepared for the employees of the investigation units of the National Police of Ukraine. Based on the current Criminal Code of Ukraine and modern scientific positions, the criminal legal characteristic of crimes against the person (crimes against the life and health of the individual, crimes against the freedom, honour and dignity of the individual, crimes against the sexual freedom and sexual inviolability of the person) and property is presented. It is also recommended for applicants of higher education at law faculties of higher educational institutions of Ukraine, scientific and pedagogical workers.
