Abstract

У навчальному посібнику розкрито професійні аспекти впливу стресу на працівників правоохоронних органів. Визначено основні шляхи управління стресом з метою зміцнення стресостійкості. Запропоновано сучасні методики розвитку стресостійкої поведінки на основі аналізу закордонного досвіду. Для працівників правоохоронних органів, здобувачів закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання й усіх, хто цікавиться проблематикою стресу та способами його опанування. This book covers various aspects of the effects of stress on law enforcement officers and analyzed foreign experience in training police officers to work in stressful environments. Authors made a study of conceptual approaches in the United States and European countries about stress and resilience in the activities of law enforcement officers. The book offers modern methods for eliminating negative effects of stress and the development of stress-resistant behavior that increase the effectiveness of preventive measures for mental health. Contents of the manual is based on a systematic and structural analysis of stressresistant behavior in relationship with socio-psychological, spiritual and ethical, mental, medical and legal aspects of the topic.
