Abstract

У статті проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід підготовки фахівців у галузі фізичного виховання та спорту в зарубіжних країнах. З'ясовано загальні тенденції розвитку системи освіти, що безпосередньо впливає на рівень підготовки спортивних менеджерів та їх професійну компетентність. Аналізується процес підготовки студентів до професійної діяльності у сфері фізичної культури та спорту в таких країнах, як Іспанія та Італія, які мають великий досвід, традиції та досягнення у цій галузі. Встановлено прогресивні ідеї та особливості підготовки менеджерів з фізичного виховання та спорту в Італії та Іспанії, які можна запровадити для системи освіти у сфері фізичного виховання та спорту в інших країнах. Об'єктом дослідження були професійні компетенції менеджерів у сфері фізичного виховання та спорту у вищих навчальних закладах Італії та Іспанії. Встановлено тенденції розвитку системи освіти в таких країнах, як Італія та Іспанія, визначено фактори, що впливають на рівень підготовки менеджерів у сфері фізичного виховання та спорту та їх професійну компетентність. У процесі вивчення зарубіжного досвіду були проаналізовані новітні освітні методи, які були впроваджені в процесі підготовки менеджерів у сфері фізичного виховання та спорту. Ці освітні методи не тільки підвищили професійну компетентність менеджерів у сфері фізичного виховання та спорту, але й мали на меті розкриття особистого потенціалу студентів. The article analyses the foreign experience of training specialists in the field of physical education and sports in foreign countries. The general trends in the development of the education system, which directly affects the level of training of sports managers and their professional competence, are clarified. The process of preparing students for professional activities in the field of physical culture and sports in countries such as Spain and Italy, which have extensive experience, traditions and achievements in this area, is analyzed. The progressive ideas and features of training managers of physical education and sports in Italy and Spain, which can be introduced for the education system in the field of physical education and sports in other countries, are established. The object of the study was the professional competencies of managers in the field of physical education and sports in higher education institutions in Italy and Spain. The trends in the development of the education system in countries such as Italy and Spain are established, and factors affecting the level of training of managers in the field of physical education and sports and their professional competence are identified. In the process of studying foreign experience, the latest educational methods were analyzed that were introduced in the process of training managers in the field of physical education and sports. These educational methods not only improved the professional competence of managers in the field of physical education and sports, but also aimed at revealing the students' personal potential.
