Відомчій освіті – бути! Чи може цивільний вуз підготувати професійних поліцейських

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблеми підготовки поліцейських у закладах вищої освіти України. Ефективне виконання завдань, покладених на МВС та Національну поліцію України вимагає підвищення якості підготовки фахівців та подальшого вдосконалення галузевої освіти. Разом з тим подальше реформування Національної поліції України потребує запровадження нових стандартів підготовки поліцейських. Метою статті є визначення особливостей підготовки поліцейських у закладах вищої освіти МВС України та з’ясування пріоритетних напрямів реформування відомчої системи освіти відповідно до європейських стандартів. The article deals with the issues of police training in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The effective implementation of the tasks assigned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police of Ukraine requires improving the quality of specialists training and further improvement of education sector. However, further reformation of the National Police of Ukraine requires the introduction of new standards for police training. The purpose of the article is to determine the peculiarities of police training in higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and to clarify the priority directions of reforming the departmental education system in accordance with European standards.
