Емоційний інтелект як предмет наукового дослідження у психолого-педагогічній науці

Abstract

Розкрито сутність емоційного інтелекту, його особливості та витоки розуміння у межах філософських знань і у психолого-педагогічній науці. З’ясовано типологію моделей, що мають спільний конструкт особистості, який полягає у здатності до ідентифікації, розуміння емоцій та управління ними. Виокремлено розвідки науковців, що займались дослідженням даного феномену. The essence of emotional intelligence, its features, and sources of understanding within the limits of philosophical knowledge and in psychological and pedagogical science are revealed. The typology of models that have a common personality construct, which consists in the ability to identify, understand, and manage emotions, is clarified. The investigations of scientists engaged in the study of this phenomenon have been singled out.
