Економічна безпека підприємства: сутність, механізм забезпечення та управління: монографія

Abstract

У монографії висвітлюються теоретико-методологічні та методичні засади забезпечення безпеки підприємства. Розроблено механізм управління комплексною системою економічної безпеки підприємства та створено концепцію управління економічною безпекою на мікрорівні. Здійснено аналітичне дослідження та на основі нього, за допомогою математичного моделювання, побудовано ієрархічні моделі загроз для економічної безпеки вітчизняних підприємств. З метою збільшення ефективності функціонування комплексною системою економічної безпеки підприємства приділено увагу кадровій безпеці та сформовано відповідні концептуальні основи управління. Належне місце у монографії знайшли організаційно-методологічні особливості конкурентної розвідки та протидії рейдерству з врахуванням реального стану економічної безпеки в Україні. The monograph covers theoretical, methodological and methodological principles for ensuring the safety of the enterprise. The management mechanism of the complex system of economic security at the enterprise was developed and the concept of management of economic security at the micro level was created. An analytical research was carried out and on the basis of it and using mathematical modeling, hierarchical models of threats for economic security of domestic enterprises were constructed. In order to increase the efficiency of the operation of an economic security comprehensive system at the enterprise, it has been paid attention to personnel security and formed the relevant conceptual foundations of management. Organizational and methodological features of competitive intelligence and counteraction to raidership taking into account the real state of economic security in Ukraine have found an appropriate place in the monograph.
