Монографія присвячена комплексному теоретичному аналізу засад нотаріального процесу в Україні з урахуванням нових викликів і загроз у нотаріальній сфері. Визначено особливості нотаріального провадження, проаналізовано проблеми, що виникають при здійсненні нотаріальної діяльності. The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the principles of the notarial process in Ukraine, taking into account new challenges and threats in the notarial field.
