Основи психологічної практики: навчальний посібник

Abstract

Розглянуто основні положення та поняття психологічної практики, алгоритми роботи з найтиповішими психологічними труднощами та запитами клієнтів. Запропоновано техніки і завдання для формування та розвитку навичок, необхідних при фаховій взаємодії «психолог–клієнт». Для здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальності 053 «Психологія», а також практичних психологів, психотерапевтів, соціальних та медичних працівників і тих, хто цікавиться проблемами ментального здоров’я. The textbook presents the basic provisions and concepts of psychological practice, algorithms for working with the most typical psychological difficulties and customer requests. Issues of specificity and interrelation of scientific, practical and everyday psychology, problems of formation of professional self-awareness, organization and methods of diagnostic process are analyzed in the textbook. Applied aspects of working with deep and intermediate beliefs, helping with depression, experiencing loss and overcoming anxiety are outlined. Neurotic, psychotic and borderline levels of personality organization development in clinical practice, their diagnostic criteria and psychotherapy strategies are described. The manual also contains a description of clinical cases from their own practice and diagnostic techniques. Techniques and tasks for the formation and development of skills required for professional interaction «client–psychologist» are proposed. The textbook can be applied to study the discipline «Fundamentals of psychological practice (practical psychology)», «Practicum on psychocorrection» in specialty 053 «Psychology», as well as practical psychologists, psychotherapists, social and medical workers and those interested in mental health.
