Abstract

Охоплено теми, які розкривають зміст, завдання, принципи і структуру адміністративного процесу. Зосереджено увагу на підходах до розуміння поняття адміністративного процесу у вітчизняній адміністративно-правовій теорії, видів та джерел доказів, а також особливостей процесу доказування в адміністративному процесі. Розглянуто завдання, принципи і стадії провадження у справах про адміністративні правопорушення. Надано характеристику стадій нормотворчого, реєстраційного та дозвільного проваджень, а також проваджень за скаргами фізичних і юридичних осіб, визначено їхній зміст та особливості. Висвітлено загальні положення адміністративного судочинства та зміст його стадій. Сформульовано основні ідеї реформування адміністративного процесуального права в умовах інтеграції України в Європейський простір. Для здобувачів вищої освіти, викладачів навчальних закладів МВС України та закладів вищої освіти юридичного спрямування, практичних працівників судових і правоохоронних органів та органів владних повноважень. The structure of the textbook includes topics that reveal the content, objectives, principles and structure of the administrative procedure. Attention is paid to the approaches to understanding the concept of administrative procedure in the domestic administrative and legal theory, types and sources of evidence, as well as the features of the process of proof in the administrative procedure. The tasks, principles and stages of proceedings in cases of administrative offenses are also considered. The characteristics of the stages of rule-making, registration and permitting proceedings, as well as proceedings on complaints of individuals and legal entities are given, their content and features are determined. The general provisions of administrative proceedings and the content of its stages are revealed. The textbook takes into account the main ideas of reforming administrative procedural law in the context of Ukraine’s integration into the European space.
