Управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства: навчальний посібник

Abstract

Навчальний посібник розроблений для методичного забезпечення навчальної дисципліни «Управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства», містить низку ситуаційних завдань, термінологічний словник і список використаної літератури. Навчальний матеріал спрямований на формування ґрунтовних знань і навичок у сфері управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства в умовах гострої конкурентної боротьби, що потребує від менеджера усвідомлення основних законів ринку та його прерогатив. Для здобувачів освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» у галузі знань 07 «Управління та адміністрування» спеціальності 073 «Менеджмент», що навчаються за освітньо-професійною програмою «Менеджмент та безпека бізнесу», та усіх, хто цікавиться проб лемою управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. The manual «Enterprise competitiveness management» is developed for methodical support of the discipline «Management of the competitiveness of the enterprise». The discipline is taught in Ukrainian for bachelor’s degree holders in the field of knowledge 07 «Management and administration» specialty 073 «Management», educational and professional program «Management and business security». Following the educational plans for training students in the specified field of knowledge and the direction of training, the manual contains eight topics, questions for self-control and test tasks for each of them. The educational material is aimed at forming thorough knowledge and skills in the field of managing the competitiveness of the enterprise in conditions of intense competition, which requires the manager to be aware of the basic laws of the market and its prerogatives. The need for such knowledge and skills is actualized in today’s conditions of increased competition due to globalization and the internationalization of business.
