Публікація є продовженням циклу досліджень щодо зміни балансу цінностей та інтересів у кримінальному провадженні в умовах війни. Оптимум Парето передбачає стан системи, в якій покращення одного елемента тягне погіршення становища інших елементів. У контексті кримінальної процесуальної діяльності ядро Парето-оптимуму становить баланс приватних і публічних інтересів. Аналіз останніх новел дає підстави говорити про зміщення балансу в сторону посилення публічних цінностей та інтересів, але це вимушений крок в умовах війни. The publication is a continuation of the research cycle of the balance of values and interests in criminal proceedings in wartime. The Pareto optimum means the state of the system in which the improvement of one element leads to the deterioration of the situation of other elements. In the context of criminal procedural activity, the core of the Pareto optimum is the balance of private and public interests. The analysis of recent novellas gives reason to talk about a shift in the balance in the direction of strengthening public values and interests, but this is a forced step in the conditions of war.
