Abstract

Розкрито специфіку проваджень у справах про банкрутство різних суб’єктів господарювання відповідно до Кодексу України з процедур банкрутства. Особливу увагу зосереджено на законодавчій новелі – відновленні платоспроможності фізичної особи, зокрема в досудовому порядку. Розглянуто особливості термінології, історії становлення інституту банкрутства, з’ясовано його сучасний стан і зарубіжний вплив на розвиток інституту. Для здобувачів і викладачів закладів вищої освіти, працівників органів державної влади та місцевого самоврядування й усіх, хто цікавиться проблемами правового регулювання банкрутства. This Manual reveals the specifics of bankruptcy proceedings. At the same time, it is worth paying attention to the fact that the bankruptcy proceedings themselves, as well as the judicial procedures provided for by the Bankruptcy Code of Ukraine, are only a procedural aspect of the multifaceted institution of bankruptcy. The Manual draws attention to the legislative novel – restoring the solvency of an individual, considers the problems of restoring the solvency of the debtor in the pre-trial procedure, as well as the specifics of the terminology, the history of the establishment of the institute, modernity and foreign influence on its development. For students, lecturers, practical workers of the bodies state power and local self-government and everyone who are interested in legal regulation of bankruptcy.
