Навчальна дисципліна «Кримінальний процес» є однією з обов’язкових для вивчення у вищих навчальних закладах ІІІ і IV рівнів акредитації під час підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти у галузі знань «Право» за спеціальністю «Право». Під час підготовки матеріалів враховано специфіку викладання цієї дисципліни у відомчих навчальних закладах. Схеми охоплюють теоретичні питання, які вивчаються у процесі проведення практичних та семінарських занять загальної частини кримінального процесуального права. Використання схем під час опрацювання відповідних тем дасть можливість здобувачам краще підготуватись до теоретичного опитування, а також логічно правильно побудувати свою відповідь. The educational discipline «Criminal process» is one of the mandatory subjects for study in higher educational institutions of the III and IV levels of accreditation during the training of students of higher education in the field of knowledge «Law» with the specialty «Law».
