Особливості взаємодії оперативних підрозділів Національної поліції України з іншими підрозділами правоохоронних органів у сфері протидії торгівлі людьми

Abstract

У статті аналізуються особливості взаємодії оперативних підрозділів Національної поліції з іншими підрозділами правоохоронних органів України та міжнародними правоохоронними організаціями під час виявлення, припинення та розкриття кримінальних правопорушень, пов’язаних з торгівлею людьми. Розглянуто окремі аспекти організації проведення міждержавних поліцейських операцій та використання інформаційних технологій у протидії торгівлі людьми.The article analyzes the peculiarities of the interaction of operational units of the National Police with other units of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine and international law enforcement organizations during the detection, termination and disclosure of criminal offenses related to human trafficking. Some aspects of the organization of interstate police operations and the use of information technologies in combating human trafficking are consideredIt is emphasized that the activities of international law enforcement and police organizations, in particular Interpol and Europol, are of great importance for the coordination of efforts in the field of combating human trafficking and other crimes of a transnational nature. It was determined that the cooperation of law enforcement agencies and the exchange of information in the process of investigating criminal offenses related to human trafficking implies closer cooperation and interaction.
