Abstract

Викладено основи формальної логіки з урахуванням особливостей їх застосування в мисленнєво-пізнавальній діяльності юриста. Насамперед зауважено на логічні вимоги, що висуваються під час оцінки юридичних подій і фактів у процесі ухвалення правових рішень, базові категорії логіки, правові поняття, їх формування та операції з ними, умови істинності юридичних суджень, індуктивні та дедуктивні методи встановлення причинних зв’язків, формування версій і доказів за юридично значущими справами. Для студентів, курсантів, ад’юнктів та аспірантів вищих навчальних закладів системи МВС України. The foundations of formal logic are presented, taking into account the peculiarities of their application in the thinking and cognitive activity of a lawyer. First of all, the logical requirements for assessing legal events and facts in the process of adopting legal decisions, the basic categories of logic, legal concepts, their formation and operations with them, the conditions for the truth of legal judgments, inductive and deductive methods for establishing causal relationships, the formation of versions and evidence of legally significant affairs.
