Дефініція «громади» у науковому дискурсі: теоретико-правові аспекти

Abstract

У статті окреслено особливості тлумачення поняття «громада» в сучасному науковому дискурсі та розкрито його методологічний потенціал як інструмента побудови теоретико-правових конструктів. З’ясовано, що концепт громади визначає соціальну картину життя як у плані його конституювання, так і в аспекті його концептуалізації. Складність та багатовимірність феномену громади обумовила аналіз його сутності в площині перетину історичного, політологічного, соціологічного, правового, психологічного, культурологічного дискурсів. Визначено, що сутність громади в контексті наукового дискурсу виявляється на двох рівнях: практичному (як форма суспільного буття) та теоретичному, духовно-екзистенційному рівні (як світоглядний конструкт, символ, архетип ідеальної моделі взаємодії людей). The article outlines the peculiarities of the interpretation of the notion" community" in contemporary scientific discourse and reveals its methodological potential as an instrument for constructing theoretical and legal constructs. It is revealed that the concept of the community determines the social picture of life both in terms of its constitution, and in the aspect of its conceptualization. The complexity and multidimensionality of the phenomenon of the communityled to the analysis of its essence in the plane of intersection of historical, political,sociological, legal, psychological, cultural-cultural discourses. It is determined thatthe essence of the community in the context of scientific discourse appears on twolevels: practical (as a form of social existence) and the theoretical, spiritual-existential level (as ideological construct, symbol, archetype of the ideal model ofinteraction of people).
