Інформаційна функція та її місце в системі функцій сучасної держави

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз доктринальних підходів стосовно поняття і природи функцій держави, критеріїв їх класифікації. Виходячи з пріоритетів розвитку інформаційного громадянського суспільства, глобального інформаційного суспільства, обгрунтовано доцільність виокремлення інформаційної функції. Автором підкреслено її сутнісні характеристики та ознаки, а також визначено місце і значення в системі функцій сучасної держави. Відзначено особливості нормативно-правового та інституційного забезпечення інформаційної функції держави в умовах сьогодення, формування та реалізації інформаційної політики, розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій та інформаційного простору. An analysis of doctrinal approaches to the concept and nature of state functions, criteria for their classification, was carried out. Based on the priorities of the development of the information civil society, the global information society, the expediency of separating the information function is justified. The author emphasized its essential characteristics and features, as well as determined its place and significance in the system of functions of the modern state. The peculiarities of regulatory and institutional provision of the information function of the state in the current conditions, formation and implementation of information policy, development of information and communication technologies and information space are noted.
