Елементи герменевтики кримінального закону України

Abstract

Розглянуто проблему виділення елементів герменевтики кримінального закону України. На підставі аналізу наукової літератури (як філософської, так і юридичної) зроблено висновок, що елементами герменевтики кримінального закону України є розуміння та тлумачення. Водночас застосування до них не віднесено та визнається самостійним етапом реалізації кримінально-правових норм. The problem of allocation of hermeneutics elements of the criminal law of Ukraine.
