Організаційно-психологічні особливості явища «синергії» в державних організаціях України: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «магістр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі організаційно-психологічних особливостей явища «синергії» в державних організаціях України. Синергія характеризує унікальні властивості взаємодії суб'єктів для отримання більш високих результатів, ніж поодинці. Проаналізовано явище «синергії» у загально-науковому й організаційно-психологічному тлумаченнях. Виокремлено психологічні явища, що визначають можливість досягнення ефекту синергії у професійній діяльності групи. Проаналізовано соціальнопсихологічний клімат та особливості управління в освітньо-професійній організації як психологічні явища, що дозволяють визначити можливість досягнення ефекту синергії у спільній професійній діяльності. Емпірично досліджено можливість досягнення ефекту синергії в освітньо-професійній організації на основі вивчення особливостей соціально-психологічного клімату та стилю управління в педагогічному середовищі. Визначено основні напрямки оптимізації організаційно-психологічної діяльності з метою позитивної синергії в освітньо-професійному середовищі. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of organizational and psychological features of the phenomenon of "synergy" in state organizations of Ukraine. Synergy characterizes the unique properties of the interaction of subjects to obtain higher results than individually. The phenomenon of "synergy" in general scientific and organizational psychological interpretations is analyzed. Psychological phenomena that determine the possibility of achieving the effect of synergy in the professional activity of the group are singled out. The sociopsychological climate and features of management in an educational-professional organization are analyzed as psychological phenomena that allow to determine the possibility of achieving the effect of synergy in joint professional activities. The possibility of achieving the effect of synergy in the educational and professional organization was empirically investigated based on the study of the features of the socio-psychological climate and management style in the pedagogical environment. The main directions of optimization of organizational and psychological activity with the aim of positive synergy in the educational and professional environment have been determined.
