Розвиток комунікативної компетентності майбутніх поліцейських в процесі іншомовної підготовки

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі розвитку комунікативної компетентності майбутніх поліцейських у процесі їх іншомовної підготовки. У результаті теоретичного аналізу досліджуваної проблеми окреслено важливість розвитку комунікативної компетентності майбутніх поліцейських у процесі їх іншомовної підготовки в ЗВО. Подолання мовного бар’єру є важливим завданням розвитку комунікативної компетентності майбутніх поліцейських у процесі іншомовної підготовки. Процес вивчення іноземної мови має бути спрямований на оволодіння насамперед навичками усного мовлення іноземною мовою, які можна застосовувати в найбільш типових ситуаціях професійного спілкування. Організація процесу навчання іноземної мови майбутніх поліцейських має враховувати власний пізнавальний досвід, мати на меті підвищення професійної мотивації та розвиток професійної спрямованості особистості майбутнього поліцейського. Висвітлено досвід використання комунікативного, конструктивістського та когнітивно-комунікативного методів навчання іноземних, інформаційних технологій, які широко застосовуються викладачами кафедри іноземних мов та культури фахового мовлення Львівського державного університету внутрішніх справ. Викладені у статті процесі наукового дослідження методологічні підходи та ефективні методи розвитку комунікативної компетентності майбутніх поліцейських у процесі іншомовної підготовки у ЗВО системи МВС не є вичерпними та остаточними. Ефективність розвитку комунікативної компетентності майбутніх поліцейських залежить від гармонiйного поєднання багатьох методологічних підходів, методів, інноваційних технологій та способiв навчання iноземним мовам, що володіють великими потенційними можливостями для підвищення якостi навчання та iнтенсифiкацiї навчального процесу. Poзробка та обгрунтування засобів і прийомів розвитку комунікативної компетентності майбутніх поліцейських та особливості їх реалізації у процесі іншомовної підготовки. The article is devoted to the problem of developing communicative competence of future police offcers in the process of their foreign language training. As a result of the theoretical analysis of the investigated problem, the importance of the development of communicative competence of future police offcers in the process of their foreign language training in higher education is outlined. Overcoming the language barrier is an important task of developing the communicative competence of future police offcers in the process of foreign language training. The process of learning a foreign language should be aimed primarily at mastering the skills of speaking in a foreign language, which can be used in the most typical situations of professional communication. The organization of the foreign language learning process of future police offcers should take into account their own cognitive experience, aim to increase professional motivation and develop the professional orientation of the personality of the future police offcer. The experience of using communicative, constructivist, and cognitive-communicative methods of teaching foreign, information technologies, which are widely used by teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages and Culture of Professional Broadcasting of the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs, is highlighted. The methodological approaches and effective methods of developing the communicative competence of future police offcers in the process of foreign language training at the higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, described in the article, are not exhaustive and fnal. The effectiveness of the development of communicative competence of future police offcers depends on a harmonious combination of many methodological approaches, methods, innovative technologies and methods of teaching foreign languages, which have great potential for improving the quality of education and intensifcation of the educational process. Development and substantiation of means and techniques for the development of communicative competence of future police offcers and the peculiarities of their implementation in the process of foreign language training.
