Abstract

У статті порушуються питання удосконалення нормативно-правового регулювання розвитку управлінських компетенцій державних службовців у контексті досвіду країн Європейського Союзу та США, шляхи підвищення ефективності діяльності державних службовців за рахунок професіоналізації державної служби України як пріоритетний напрямок реформування на шляху до Європейського Союзу. The article discusses the issue of improving the regulatory and legal regulation of the development of managerial competencies of civil servants in the context of the experience of the countries of the European Union and the USA, ways of increasing the efficiency of civil servants due to the professionalization of the civil service of Ukraine as a priority direction of reform on the way to the European Union.
