Державний земельний кадастр в Україні: еколого-правові аспекти

Abstract

Проаналізовано стан правового регулювання державного земельного кадастру. Досліджено основні правові форми екологізації законодавства про державний земельний кадастр в Україні на сучасному етапі розвитку земельних відносин. За результатами дослідження наведено низку пропозицій спрямованих на екологізацію земельного законодавства України. To the analysis of the state of the legal adjusting of the state landed cadastre is sanctified. The basic legal forms of ecologization of legislation are investigational about the state landed cadastre in Ukraine on the modern stage of development of the landed relations. On results research a row over of suggestions sent is brought to ecologization of land legislation of Ukraine.
