Адміністративно-юрисдикційна діяльність поліції: навчальний посібник

Abstract

Висвітлено основні положення законодавства України, що регулює адміністративно-юрисдикційну діяльність поліції. Зосереджено увагу на адміністративно-юрисдикційній діяльності Національної поліції України щодо розгляду та вирішення звернень громадян, застосування дисциплінарних стягнень і заохочень. Розкрито адміністративно-юрисдикційну діяльність Національної поліції щодо провадження у справах про адміністративні правопорушення та заходи забезпечення провадження. Визначено особливості провадження щодо окремих категорій адміністративних правопорушень, розгляд і вирішення яких належить до юрисдикції Національної поліції України. Для здобувачів вищої освіти та науково-педагогічних працівників закладів вищої освіти зі специфічними умовами навчання, в яких здійснюється підготовка кадрів для Міністерства внутрішніх справ України та Національної поліції, практичних працівників поліцейських підрозділів, а також усіх, хто цікавиться адміністративно-юрисдикційною діяльністю поліції. The main provisions of Ukrainian legislation regulating the administrative and jurisdictional activities of the police are outlined; the author focuses on the administrative and jurisdictional activities of the National Police of Ukraine regarding consideration and resolution of citizens’ appeals, application of disciplinary sanctions and incentives; the administrative and jurisdictional activities of the National Police regarding proceedings on administrative offences and measures to ensure the proceedings are revealed; the peculiarities of proceedings on certain categories of administrative offences, the consideration and resolution of which fall within the jurisdiction of the National Police of Ukraine are determined. The manual is intended for higher education students and research and teaching personnel of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions, which provide training for the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Police, practical police officers, as well as anyone interested in the issues of administrative and jurisdictional activities of the police.
