Вплив генезису інформаційно-комунікаційних систем на технології дистанційного навчання в Україні

Abstract

Проведено аналіз наукових публікацій, присвячених дослідженню впливу інформаційно-комунікаційних систем на технології дистанційного навчання в Україні. У дослідженні застосовано низку філософських (діалектичний, феноменологічний), загальнонаукових (аналіз, синтез, івент-аналіз, контент-аналіз, узагальнення) та конкретно-наукових (бібліометричний) методів пізнання. Описано генезис використання інформаційно-комунікаційних систем в освіті: від створення комп’ютерних презентацій, навчальних ігор, простих програм для тестування до застосування штучного інтелекту. З’ясовано, що сучасні цифрові технології є важливою передумовою успішності як освітнього процесу загалом, так і дистанційного навчання зокрема. Зосереджено увагу на тому, що використанню інформаційно-комунікаційних систем притаманна велика кількість недоліків і для їх подолання потрібно, щоб використання інформаційних технологій у процесі навчання було методично обґрунтоване та забезпечене відповідними методичними рекомендаціями. Зазначено, що переваги та недоліки є потенційними чинниками удосконалення дистанційної освіти, які суттєво впливають на досягнення програмних результатів навчання. Означено, що технології дистанційної освіти значно впливають на якість освітнього процесу шляхом формування освітніх компетентностей фахівців різних галузей знань. Зосереджено увагу на відсутності достатньої кількості досліджень впливу становлення інформаційно-комунікаційних систем на технології дистанційного навчання та, паралельно, на забезпечення якості освітнього процесу (досягнення програмних результатів навчання). Закладено основи для проведення подальших наукових пошуків впливу інформаційних технологій на формування загальних і професійних компетентностей фахівців різних галузей знань під час дистанційного навчання. This article presents the analysis of scientific publications dedicated to the study of the impact of information and communication systems on distance education technologies in Ukraine. The study uses a number of philosophical (dialectical, phenomenological), general research (analysis, synthesis, event analysis, content analysis, generalization) and specific research (bibliometric) methods of exploration. It describes the genesis of the use of information and communication systems in education starting from the computer presentation design, educational games, or simple programs for testing to the use of artificial intelligence. It has been identified that modern digital technologies are the important prerequisites for the success of both the educational process in general and distance learning in particular. The authors of the article emphasize that the use of information and communication systems in education process has a large number of drawbacks, and to address them, it is necessary to apply information technologies, which are methodologically justified and supplied with appropriate methodological recommendations. It is noted that advantages and disadvantages are potential factors for improving distance education, which significantly contribute to the achievement of learning outcomes.

It was determined that distance education technologies significantly affected the quality of the educational process through the formation of educational competencies of specialists in various fields of knowledge. Attention is paid to the insufficient number of studies of the impact of the development of information and communication systems on distance learning technologies and, at the same time, to ensuring the quality of the educational process (achievement of program learning outcomes). The foundations for further scholarly research on the impact of information technology on the formation of general and professional competencies of specialists in various fields of knowledge during distance learning are outlined.
