Органи управління та процес управління благодійною організацією

Abstract

У статті на підставі аналізу наукових і законодавчих визначень понять «орган», «управління» й «процес» подано пропозиції щодо авторського розуміння термінів за темою дослідження, зроблено спробу розкрити зміст призначення, повноважень і функціонування органів управління благодійних організацій, процесу управління ними та його етапність. In this article the author based on the analysis of scientifc and legislative defnitions of the concepts “authority”, “management” and “process” suggestions regarding the author’s understanding of the terms on the research topic, an attempt is made to reveal the contents of the appointment, powers and functioning of the management bodies of charitable organizations, process management and its phasing.
