До питання професійної деформації співробітників Національної поліції України

Abstract

Статтю присвячено аналізові психологічного феномену професійної деформації в учинах співробітників поліції. Доведено, що доконечною умовою продуктивних учинів співробітників поліції є власне дотримання основоположного конституційного принципу верховенства права й убезпечення захисту конституційних прав та свобод людини та громадянина. Зазначено, що це сприятиме не лишень дотриманню основоположних прав людини та громадянина, але й рівню довіри до органів правоохорони, цей чинник є домінуючим показником задля оцінювання якості учинів поліції. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що феномен професійної деформації є властивим усім професіям та і є невідворотним й небажаним феноменом. Установлено, що власне професія співробітника поліції відноситься до однієї з гранично уразливих до утворення й розвію професійної деформації. Водночас, через специфічні риси таких учинів – умови діяльності, коло професійних обов’язків, фізичне й психологічне навантаження, повсякчасна наявність конфліктних обставин та ін. Консолідовано підходи щодо формулювання явища професійної деформації. Установлено, що феномен професійної деформації є зумовленим комплексом детермінант, серед котрих є мікро-, макросоціальні та індивідуальні. Схарактеризовано, що поширення феномену професійної деформації відбувається не лишень на професійну царину співробітника поліції, а також і на його індивідуальне життя та його оточення. Зазначено, що задля превенції та протидії професійній деформації власне як тотального феномена повинні бути направлені зусилля не лишень самого органу правоохорони, але й соціуму й держави, зокрема. The article is devoted to the analysis of the psychological phenomenon of professional deformation in the studies of police offcers. It has been proven that the ultimate condition for the productive actions of police offcers is proper observance of the fundamental constitutional principle of the rule of law and ensuring the protection of the constitutional rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen. It is noted that this will contribute not only to the observance of basic human and citizen rights, but also to the level of trust in law enforcement agencies, this factor is the dominant indicator for evaluating the quality of police offcers. Attention is focused on the fact that the phenomenon of professional deformation is characteristic of all professions and is an inevitable and undesirable phenomenon. It was established that the actual profession of a police offcer is one of the most vulnerable to the formation and dissolution of professional deformation. At the same time, due to the specifc features of such studies – the conditions of activity, the range of professional duties, physical and psychological stress, the constant presence of conflicting circumstances, etc. Approaches to the formulation of the phenomenon of professional deformation have been consolidated. It was established that the phenomenon of professional deformation is determined by a set of determinants, among which are micro-, macro-social and individual. It is characterized that the spread of the phenomenon of professional deformation occurs not only in the professional feld of the police offcer, but also in his individual life and his environment. It is noted that in order to prevent and counteract professional deformation as a total phenomenon, the efforts of not only the law enforcement body itself, but also society and the state, in particular, should be directed.
