Юридична складова професійної підготовки поліцейських як необхідна умова їх професіогенезу

Abstract

У статті досліджено питання професійно-правового спрямування підготовки працівників поліцейських підрозділів України, визначена її юридична складова як необхідна умова виховання висококваліфікованих фахівців-правоохоронців. Studying issues of professional and legal guidance in the process of police training, the author has stressed the importance of the legal component of police professional training as a mandatory condition for the formation and development of highly qualified experts within law enforcement sphere. It is obvious that the legal content of police professional training is specific. Therefore, it is quite clear that there is an important issue of achieving legal and professional identity by persons for whom the activity in the law enforcement sphere is the profession. Professional police formation (professional genesis) is considered by us as a process of professionalization that has to be constantly carried out. While forming a new type of law enforcement experts, the legal component of professional police training is one of the major professional requirements of their activities. Without professional legal knowledge it is impossible the compliance with the principles of police activities (rule of law, human rights and freedoms, legality, the presumption of innocence, the inevitability of punishment, etc.) and performance of police duties prescribed by the law (strict adherence to the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine and other regulations; professional performance of their duties in accordance with the requirements of the regulations; respect and observance of human rights, etc.). Legal education of a police officer contributes to the formation of professional discipline, responsibility, sense of duty, moral and psychological readiness of a police officer to perform the duties, which is regulated, protected, stimulated by the law norms, etc. The legal content of professional police training allows to create the system of professional legal knowledge, perceptions and attitudes that ensure their conscious active legal behavior during the professional occupation. Professional and legal content of police training ensures their development as individuals and professionals of the corresponding level.
