Abstract

Враховуючи особливості реформ правоохоронних органів у різних країнах, автори намагаються визначити їх специфіку через призму конкретних історичних чинників, відмінностей в етапах та кроках реформ тощо. Всі процеси, пов’язані з реформуванням правоохоронної галузі, є не просто «технічними» зовнішніми змінами у діяльності поліцейських інститутів, але вони несуть в собі глибокий психологічний зміст. Considering the peculiarities of law enforcement reforms in different countries, the authors try to determine their specifics through the prism of specific historical factors, differences in the stages and steps of reforms etc. All processes related to the reform of the law enforcement sector are not just “technical” external changes in the activities of police institutions, but they carry a deep psychological meaning.
