Психологічні особливості забезпечення надійності поліцейського патрульної поліції

Abstract

Досліджено проблеми психологічних особливостей забезпечення надійності поліцейського патрульної поліції Національної поліції України в умовах формування нових напрямів службової діяльності патрульної поліції, реформування нормативно-правової бази діяльності служби психологічного супроводу оперативно-службової діяльності Національної поліції. Розглянуто окремі аспекти первинної службової підготовки в контексті формування забезпечення психологічної надійності з метою досягнення високої ефективності службової діяльності. The article deals with the problems of psychological peculiarities of ensuring the reliability of the patrol policeman of the National Police of Ukraine in the conditions of forming the new directions of the activity of the patrol police, reforming the normative and legal basis for the operation of the psychological support service of the patrol police. Psychological work in the police has difficulties in providing the activities of specialists. In addition, the work on psychological selection, psychological training and support remains, in many respects, a problem of competence and professional ethics of every psychologist of the police. There is not always the purposeful application of psychological methods, as well as insufficiently meaningful use of psychological methods of work (including hardware), the effectiveness of which has not been tested. At the same time, the normative basis of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the field of moral and psychological support and psychological work involves the development and introduction of new technologies. There are some prerequisites for the implementation of the reliability program in the existing system of moral and psychological support. Taking into account that the current order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provides for the introduction of psychological work of a positive experience in conducting this work into the practice, it is expedient to consider the systems of reliability, existing in other organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Professional adaptation is a multilevel, controlled, socially oriented process that is connected with adaptive changes in the organism and individuality of a person working under the influence of a number of conditions and factors of the social environment, own goals, values, motivations and attitude to work. Achieving this goal provides the necessary level of efficiency and reliability of the specialist’s activities and minimizes the risk of occupationally determined diseases, including psychosomatic ones.
