Abstract

Висвітлено та досліджено важливі для сучасної правової науки теоретико-правові і практичні питання, які пов’язані зі способами вирішення трудових спорів. Розкрито теоретичні та практичні аспекти міжнародно- правового та національного механізмів захисту трудових прав працівників. Акцентовано на протидії гендерній нерівності та дискримінації у механізмі захисту трудових прав працівників, особливостях розгляду трудових спорів за предметом позову та гарантіях захисту трудових прав працівників. Розкрито поняття, види і порядок вирішення трудових спорів. Видання підготовлено, послуговуючись законодавством, чинним станом на 1 листопада 2024 року. Для студентів, викладачів, аспірантів вищих навчальних закладів, практичних працівників органів державної влади та місцевого самоврядування. The textbook is devoted to highlighting and researching important for modern legal science theoretical, legal and practical conceptual practical issues that are important for modern legal science, which are related to the methods of resolving labor disputes. In particular, the paper analyzes the trends and vectors of development of legal regulation of relations in the field of labor. The theoretical and practical aspects of the international legal and national mechanisms for the protection of labor rights of employees are revealed. Detailed attention is paid to combating gender inequality and discrimination in the mechanism of protection of labor rights of employees, features of consideration of labor disputes by the subject of the lawsuit and guarantees of protection of labor rights of employees. The concept, types and procedure for resolving labor disputes are revealed. The publication was prepared based on the legislation in force as of November 1, 2024.
