Вивчення мотивації спілкування підлітків: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «магістр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено теоретичне та емпіричне дослідження особливостей мотивації спілкування підлітків. Визначено сутність мотивації в психологічній науці, схарактеризовано соціально-психологічні особливості підліткового віку та чинники, що впливають на формування мотиваційної сфери особистості. Проаналізовано психологічну природу мотивації спілкування підлітків, її взаємозв’язок зі специфікою міжособистісної взаємодії. Узагальнено сучасні методологічні підходи до її вивчення, окреслено психодіагностичні принципи та етичні засади дослідницької діяльності. На основі отриманих результатів розроблено тренінгову програму розвитку просоціальної мотивації спілкування підлітків і сформульовано практичні рекомендації щодо її підтримки в умовах соціальних взаємин. The qualification thesis explores theoretical and empirical aspects of adolescents’ motivation for communication. The essence of motivation in psychological science is defined, the sociopsychological features of adolescence are described, and the factors influencing the development of the motivational sphere of the personality are analyzed. The psychological nature of adolescents’ communication motivation and its relationship with the specifics of interpersonal interaction are examined. Contemporary methodological approaches to its study are summarized, and the core principles of psychodiagnostics along with the ethical foundations of research practice are outlined. Based on the obtained results, a training program aimed at developing adolescents’ prosocial communication motivation has been designed, and practical recommendations for its support within the context of social relationships have been formulated.
