Взаємозв’язок самооцінки та самотності людини

Abstract

Висвітлено розуміння понять самооцінки та самотності та їх взаємозв’язок. Зазначено, що самооцінка – це індивідуальна характеристика кожного, ставлення людини до себе, її афективні, когнітивні та поведінкові якості. Водночас наведено визначення самотності, яке трактуємо як комплексне психологічне явище, яке часто є суб’єктивним, що об’єктивно виникло через соціальну ізоляцію, різний спектр розладів особистості або через погані соціальні навички індивіда. The understanding of the concepts of self-esteem and loneliness and their relationship is highlighted. It is noted that self-esteem is an individual characteristic of each person, a person’s attitude towards himself, his affective, cognitive and behavioral qualities. At the same time, a definition of loneliness is given, which is interpreted as a complex psychological phenomenon, which is often subjective, objectively arising due to social isolation, a different spectrum of personality disorders or due to poor social skills of the individual.
