Фінансова стратегія підприємства: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота виконана в царині фінансів і присвячена дослідженню проблем та напрямів формування фінансової стратегії підприємства в сучасних умовах. У першому розділі роботи досліджено теоретико-методичні засади розроблення фінансової стратегії підприємства. Проаналізовано методи оцінки фінансового стану підприємства, впливу зовнішнього середовище на діяльність підприємства та обрано найбільш оптимальні з них. У другому розділі здійснено оцінку фінансового стану підприємства, визначено можливості та загрози. Результатом дослідження стали рекомендації для забезпечення ефективного управління фінансовими ресурсами та досягнення економічного зростання. The qualification work was carried out in the field of finance and is devoted to the study of problems and directions of forming the financial strategy of the enterprise in modern conditions. The first section of the work examines the theoretical and methodological principles of developing the financial strategy of the enterprise. Methods for assessing the financial condition of the enterprise, the impact of the external environment on the activities of the enterprise are analyzed and the most optimal of them are selected. In the second section, the financial condition of the enterprise is assessed, opportunities and threats are identified. The results of the study were recommendations for ensuring effective management of financial resources and achieving economic growth.
