Особливості мотиваційної сфери курсантів першого року навчання: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

У роботі представлено теоретичний аналіз базових характеристик мотиваційної сфери особистості, особливостей її розвитку в юнацькому віці та психологічної характеристики навчальної мотивації. Розкрито сутність понять «мотивація», «мотив» та «потреба», їхню структуру та взаємозв'язок у контексті детермінації поведінки. Особливу увагу приділено специфіці мотиваційної сфери юнаків, зокрема домінуванню мотивів самовизначення, соціальних потреб, пізнавальних інтересів та професійних орієнтацій. Детально розглянуто структуру та детермінанти навчальної мотивації, а також різні типи навчальних мотивів та їхній вплив на навчальну діяльність студентів. Наведено результати емпіричного дослідження мотиваційної сфери курсантів-першокурсників, що виявило домінування прагнення до соціального статусу, високої загальної активності та орієнтації на соціальну корисність. Зроблено висновки щодо переважання зовнішньої мотивації на початковому етапі навчання при наявності внутрішньої зацікавленості. The research presents a theoretical analysis of the basic characteristics of the motivational sphere of the personality, the features of its development in adolescence and the psychological characteristics of educational motivation. The essence of the concepts of "motivation", "motive" and "need", their structure and relationship in the context of determining behavior are revealed. Special attention is paid to the specificity of the motivational sphere of young men, in particular the dominance of motives of self-determination, social needs, cognitive interests and professional orientations. The structure and determinants of educational motivation are considered in detail, as well as different types of educational motives and their impact on students' educational activities. The results of an empirical study of the motivational sphere of first-year cadets are presented, which revealed the dominance of the desire for social status, high general activity and orientation to social utility. Conclusions were drawn regarding the predominance of external motivation at the initial stage of training in the presence of internal interest.
