ПТСР у військових: методи діагностики, психотерапії та профілактики: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

Робота присвячена вивченню особливостей посттравматичного стресового розладу у військових з метою глибшого аналізу впливу травматичних подій на їхню психіку і емоційний стан. У даній кваліфікаційній роботі в теоретичній частині розглянуто та проаналізовано аспекти поняття ПТСР, зокрема з акцентом на симптоматиці, розглянуто вплив травми на емоційно-психологічний стан військових і оцінку тяжкості проявів, також про процес підтримки після травматичних подій та адаптації до мирного життя військовослужбовців. Другий розділ присвячено емпіричному дослідженню де розглядаються взаємозв’язки симптомів посттравматичного стресового розладу з емоційним станом та оцінкою рівня стійкості до стресу військових. Таким чином, було виявлено, що залежно від рівня стійкості до стресу залежить процес відновлення після травматичної події для військовослужбовців. The work is devoted to the study of the specifics of post-traumatic stress disorder in the military in order to analyze the impact of traumatic events on their psyche and emotional state in more depth. In the theoretical part of this qualification work, aspects of the concept of PTSD are reviewed and analyzed, in particular with a focus on symptoms, the impact of trauma on the emotional and psychological state of the military and the assessment of the severity of manifestations, as well as the process of support after traumatic events and adaptation to civilian life of military personnel. The second section is devoted to an empirical study that examines the relationship between the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder and the emotional state and assessment of the level of stress resistance of the military. Thus, it was found that the process of recovery from a traumatic event for military personnel depends on the level of stress resistance.
