Деякі лексичні особливості побудови політичного дискурсу (на матеріалі Декларації незалежності США)

Abstract

У статті досліджуються лексичні одиниці політичного дискурсу на матеріалі Декларації про незалежність США, яка була першою в історії людства конституційною хартією, поклала початок існування нової держави, оскільки в політичному дискурсі дуже наочно відбуваються процеси, пов’язані зі зміною словникового складу мови. Підкреслено, що важливою особливістю політичного дискурсу є цілеспрямований відбір мовних засобів суб’єктом мовлення для здійснення певного впливу на адресата. Наголошується, що політичний дискурс передбачає дослідження політичного мовного матеріалу, враховуючи культурні, часові, просторові умови його існування, а також соціокультурні та особистісні характе- ристики його творців і авторів. Охарактеризовано системоутворюючі ознаки політичного дискурсу, до яких відносяться мета спілкування, учасники спілкування, спосіб спілкування: стратегії та тактики. Визначено основні функції політичного дискурсу, серед яких суттєвим є регулятивна функція, оскільки вона виявляє значення мови в регуляції поведінки адресата. Проаналізовано лексичні особливості побудови політичного дискурсу, до яких відносяться вживання лексики різних дискурсів: політичного, юридичного, економічного, військового; використання архаїзмів, займенникових прислівників, синонімів, які належать до одного стилю, прислівників-інтенсифікаторів, інтернаціональних слів, що є результатом мовної та культурної взаємодії, збірних іменників, віддієслівних іменників, дієслів у пасивному стані, специфічних зворотів, словосполучень, які є прозорими за будовою і змістом і семантично зрозумілими найменуваннями, словосполучень неідіоматичного характеру, що сприяє досягненню впливу в комунікації, більшій переконливості, виразності, об’єктивності, ясності, емотивності, спонуканню, визначенню політичних дій, мобілізації прихильників, дискредитації опонентів, уможливлюючи досягнення певних політичних цілей, діючи на адресата та спонукаючи його до конкретних дій, а також точності та однозначності тлумачення політичних текстів, їхній офіціальності. The article deals with the lexical units of the political discourse which are characteristic of the Declaration of Independence of the USA as a document that is considered to be the first constitutional charter in the history of mankind, that laid the foundation of the existence of a new state, because the processes connected with the change of the language vocabulary take place very demonstrably in the political discourse. It is underlined that an important peculiarity of the political discourse is the purposeful selection of the language means by a subject of speech for impacting an addressee. It is emphasized that the political discourse foresees the investigation of the political language material taking into consideration the cultural, temporal and space conditions of its existence, and also the socio-cultural and personal characteristics of its creators and authors. The system creative features of the political discourse which include the aim of communication, the participants of communication, the mode of communications: strategies and tactics are characterized. The main functions of the political discourse, the regulatory function being one of the most essential, because it reveals the significance of the language in the regulation of the addressee’s behavior are defined. The lexical peculiarities of the political discourse structure are analyzed, among them is the usage of the vocabulary of the various discourses: political, legal, economic, military; of the archaisms, pronominal adverbs, synonyms, adverbs-intensifiers, international words, collective nouns, verbal nouns, verbs in the passive voice, specific wordcombinations, non-idiomatic word-combinations, that provides the achievement of the influence in communication, greater persuasiveness, expressiveness, objectivity, clarity, emotionality, motivation, defining the political actions, mobilization of the supporters, discredit of the opponents that makes it possible to achieve the certain political aims, impacting the addressee and encouraging them to take the concreate actions, and also exactness and ambiguity of treating the political texts, their regularity.
