Формування softskillsзасобами іноземної мови в нелінгвістичній аспірантурі (ад’юнктурі)

Abstract

У статті досліджуються основні softskills, формуванню яких сприяє навчання іноземної мови аспірантів (ад’юнктів) у немовній аспірантурі та які здатні здійснювати вплив на їхню професійну діяльність, кар’єрну успішність і взаємовідносини з іншими людьми в різних соціальних ситуаціях. Актуальність дослідження визначається сучасними тенденціями розвитку системи освіти. В процесі роботи здійснений контент-аналіз концепту softskills, аналіз відповідної темі літератури та вивчені вимоги до сучасних фахівців щодо володіння ними softskills. Підкреслено, що сучасним фахівцям потрібно володіти не лише професійними компетенціями, але й softskills, пов’язаними з міжособистісними взаємовідносинами, комунікацією та організаційно-аналітичними процесами, які визначають успішність здійснення навчальної та професійної діяльності, є основою для результативного професійного зростання та розвитку кар’єри.Наголошується, щоsoftskillsє уніфікованими та актуальними щодо різних галузей знань, зокрема і щодо навчання іноземної мови, яка має великі можливості в цьому плані, володіє великим психолого-педагогічним потенціалом, оскільки передбачає багатогранний особистісний саморозвиток аспірантів (ад’юнктів).Охарактеризовано очікувані комунікативні мовленнєві компетентності. Беручи до уваги цілі навчання аспірантів (ад’юнктів), мету навчання іноземної мови в аспірантурі (ад’юнктурі) та формування комунікативних мовленнєвих компетентностей, визначено, що основними softskillsє спілкування, критичне мислення, співробітництво та креативність. Інші softskills(робота в команді, відповідальність, навички вирішення проблем, цілеспрямованість тощо) так чи інакше пов’язані з цими чотирма. Визначено методи, прийоми і форми роботи в процесі навчання аспірантів (ад’юнктів) іноземної мови (обговорення проблем, аналіз ситуацій, дискусії, проектна робота, презентації, рольові та ділові ігри, участь у конференціях, підготовка статті іноземною мовою до друку), що сприяють розвитку softskills, підвищенню ефективності та мотивації навчання. The article deals with the basic soft skills that the post-graduates taking the non-linguistic post-graduate course form and develop while mastering a foreign language, and which can influence their professional activity, career success and interrelationswith other people in various social situations. The topicality of the research is determined by the modern tendencies of the education system development. The content-analysis of the concept of the soft skills, and the analysis of the relevant literature are carried out, and the demands to the modern specialists concerning their possession of the soft skills are analyzed. It is underlined that the modern specialists should have not only the professional competences, but the soft skills as well, which are connected with the interpersonal relationships, communication, organizational and analytical processes, that determine the success of carrying out the academic and professional activity, are the basis for the resultative professional growth and career development. It is emphasized that the soft skills are unified and actual concerning the various branches of knowledge, and the foreign language has the great possibilities in this aspect, psychological and pedagogical potential, because it foresees the manyfaceted personal self-development of the post-graduates. It is determined taking into consideration the aims of the post-graduate course, the aim of teaching a foreign language to the post-graduates and the formation of the communicative language skills thatthe basic soft skills are communication, critical thinking, collaboration and creativity. The other soft skills (team work, responsibility, solving the problems, purposefulness, etc.) are somehow related to these ones. The methods, techniques, and forms of work in the process of teaching the foreign language to the post-graduates (discussion, analysis of the situations, presentations, role games, participation in the conferences, preparation of the articles, etc.), which help to develop the soft skills, increase the efficiency and motivation of learning, are considered.
