Особливості романтичних стосунків на відстані в умовах війни:психологічні бар’єри та ресурси подолання: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

У роботі досліджено особливості романтичних стосунків на відстані в умовах війни як психологічної системи, що функціонує під впливом емоційної напруги та невизначеності. Теоретично обґрунтовано стосунки як інтегративну структуру взаємопов’язаних компонентів. У межах дослідження розроблено авторську модель «ДНК романтичних стосунків», яка включає емоційну безпеку, близькість, довіру, комунікацію, саморегуляцію та ідеалізацію партнера. Емпірично встановлено, що ключовим фактором задоволеності стосунками є діадний копінг, тоді як уникнення негативно впливає на їх якість. Виявлено, що тривожність не знижує задоволеність та може виконувати функцію підтримання зв’язку. Доведено, що тип розлуки є значущим чинником: за наявності спільного сенсу стосунки характеризуються вищим рівнем близькості та взаємодії. Показано, що ідеалізація партнера не є ресурсом стабілізації, а може викривлювати сприйняття взаємин. Робота обґрунтовує необхідність зміщення фокусу психологічної допомоги з індивідуальних переживань на розвиток спільних стратегій подолання труднощів та підтримання емоційного зв’язку у парі. The study examines the specific features of long-distance romantic relationships in the context of war as a psychological system functioning under conditions of emotional tension and uncertainty. Romantic relationships are theoretically substantiated as an integrative structure of interconnected components. Within the study, an original model titled the “DNA of Romantic Relationships” was developed, including emotional security, emotional closeness, trust, communication, self-regulation, and partner idealization. Empirically, it was established that dyadic coping is the key factor of relationship satisfaction, while avoidance negatively affects relationship quality. It was found that anxiety does not reduce relationship satisfaction and may serve a function of maintaining emotional connection. The study demonstrates that the type of separation is a significant factor: when partners share a common meaning of separation, relationships are characterized by higher levels of closeness and interaction. It was also shown that partner idealization is not a stabilizing resource but may distort the perception of the relationship. The findings justify the need to shift the focus of psychological support from individual experiences to the development of shared coping strategies and the maintenance of emotional connection within the couple.
