Психологічний супровід процесу адаптації першокурсників до навчання у закладі вищої освіти: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей психологічного супроводу процесу адаптації першокурсників до навчання у закладі вищої освіти. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до проблеми адаптації особистості. Виокремлено чинники адаптації першокурсників до умов навчання у ЗВО. Розглянуто особливості організації психологічного супроводу адаптації першокурсників до умов навчання у ЗВО. Емпірично досліджено особливості адаптації першокурсників до умов навчання у ЗВО. Результати дослідження засвідчують про те, що успішна адаптація першокурсників до навчання у ЗВО значно залежить від поєднання внутрішньої мотивації до навчання, високого рівня саморегуляції, внутрішньої мотивації до навчання, емоційної стабільності та здатності до самостійної пізнавальної діяльності, що в сукупності формує основу їхнього особистісно-професійного становлення. Розроблено програму тренінгового етапу психологічного супроводу адаптації першокурсників до умов навчання у ЗВО. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the features of psychological support of the process of adaptation of freshmen to study in a higher education institution. Scientific approaches to the problem of personality adaptation are analyzed. Factors of adaptation of freshmen to the conditions of study in a higher education institution are identified. Features of the organization of psychological support of adaptation of freshmen to the conditions of study in a higher education institution are considered. Features of adaptation of freshmen to the conditions of study in a higher education institution are empirically studied. The results of the study indicate that the successful adaptation of freshmen to study in a higher education institution depends significantly on the combination of internal motivation to study, a high level of selfregulation, internal motivation to study, emotional stability and the ability to independent cognitive activity, which together form the basis of their personal and professional development. A training program for the psychological support of firstyear students' adaptation to the conditions of study at a higher education institution has been developed.
